1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Elevare Building Solutions handles personal information when someone visits the website, submits an enquiry or communicates with the business through another contact channel.
2. Information We Collect
Information provided directly
- Enquiry-form information: full name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, property location or suburb, property type, service required, description of the required work, access, timing or occupant considerations, and privacy consent.
- Email and WhatsApp messages.
- Telephone enquiry details.
- Quotation and service-related information.
- Documents or photographs voluntarily supplied through email or WhatsApp.
Technical information
- Standard hosting and security logs.
